Monthly Online Yoga Class

We are excited to have you join us for our hour together! Here's an outline of the class:

  • We’ll start by briefly exploring why yoga is highly effective in releasing stored stress in the body.
  • Next, we’ll move into a slow and gentle yin yoga practice allowing for deep relaxation.
  • To conclude our session, we’ll engage in a gratitude meditation to reflect on and appreciate self and our practice.
